iPhone sleeves + bumper combo?

I am currently finding my self annoyed with cases. I want to use a snap case but fear my chamfer getting ruined and annoying me. I was wondering if there are any sleeves that would fit with a Neo hybrid slim by spigen. As that was my favorite case for the 4. I am going to give it another try with the 5.
