iPhone 14 Pro Max iPhone sometimes doesn't ring

Hi there,
Last year I've been having a problem with iPhone ringtone that stops playing after about 2 seconds. Sometimes it works fine and phone rings without problem but sometimes it just rings for 2 seconds at max and then goes silent. You can still answer your call but no sound is coming out of phone.

I was using iPhone 12 pro when problem occured at first. I reset all settings trying to fix it up. I switched to iPhone 14 pro max and problem persists. I made another hard reset but problem didn't go away. So I reinstalled my phone throught iTunes and downloaded all apps one by one and guess what. Problem is back again. I am so tired of this. Don't know where is the culprit. It gotta be software issue since I noticed it on three different devices already. And according to web search I'm not alone in this.

Looking for advices. Thx in advance.

The only thing I can think of is, it's some issue or setting following you through iCloud restore or some type of restore you're doing. I wouldn't use iTunes to restore your phone. What I would do is completely reset the thing and then start it as new all from the phone. Of course you have to sign in to your Apple ID but don't restore from a backup or connect it to a computer.

Is it a specific ringtone? That's another thought that came to mind.

I tried many ringtones, even default ones.

I connected iPhone to PC and did a complete reset (iTunes downloaded iOS 16.2 and erased all data on iphone and installed new version of iOS). Once it was done I unplugged the phone, signed to Apple ID and started from the scratch. Only my Appointments and Photos were automatically restored. I spent over 3 hours setting my phone again. But the problem is back...

I guess thats 3rd party app or I don't know yet... I feel the only solution left is to create a new Apple ID. And that would hurt me really much since I have a few pre-paid apps and I have active subscriptions to iCloud and Apple Music.

Edit: Gotta say one more thing. Since last reset I'm not getting sound notifications from YouTube and Netflix/HBO/Disney+. Notifications just pops up without sound.

iPhone 12 and above have a feature where if it rings and you make an eye contact with the front facing sensors it mutes the ring as it presumes you have seen it ringing , if it makes sense? maybe this ?

I know about this but this is not the culprit. It happens randomly. You can let your phone lay on the table, don't look at it, and it will start ringing for 2 seconds and then it goes full silent. You can still pick up your call just no sound is accompanied with it.
