Am I doing something wrong. It's happen twice with my iPhone. Over night the iPhone looses most of its battery power and shuts down completely. Then I have to reboot it and charge it. Last night it was 83% before I went to bed and this morning after I rebooted it, it showed 25%.

What do you mean "reboot it and charge it"/ "this morning after I rebooted it"?
Do you mean, the iPhone shut down, and then after you powered it back on, it showed 25% battery?
