iPhone sound problem

Hi All,

Does anyone have the problem with their iPhone (or iPod touch perhaps) where the sound on the speaker is perfect however when I plug in headphones the sound doesn't go very high....any ideas?

Maybe try Settings -> iPod -> Volume Limit

I tried that and the volume is still way too low, don't know whats happened. sound was perfect on my other iPhone, got a new one and now its crap.

Maybe there's a hardware failure, or the anodes near the head phone jack is damaged. You may want to bring it back to be verified.
