iPhone speaker with headphone

Here's the scenario,

I was listening to my mp3 on my iPhone, using my headphone. Somebody calls, ringtone rings from both my headphone and my iPhone speaker. The question is, is it possible to off the ringtone from my speaker and just allow it to ring from my headphone? It's kinda annoying for people to hear my ringtone when I can hear it from my headphone..

Or is this a problem with my iPhone? I'm using iPhone 3G
