Ive had my iphone 4 about 3 months now. I noticed about two weeks ago only my right speaker puts out sound. I thought i knocked the other speaker out, until i saw my moms verizon iphone does the same thing. Is this on purpose? Faulty? Coincidence? From what i noticed my 3gs wasnt like this. So why take away a speaker

iPhone only has one working speaker - common misconception
Basically, on the 3GS and all prior iPhones the speaker was on the left. On the iPhone 4 it was switched to the right. The other grill is the mic.

Fair enough. Kinda got me wondering why i spend money every month to use a phone that only has one speaker.
Putting another speaker on a device that small is useless since the speakers wouldn't be separated enough to give you stereo separation. Basically it would sound like mono anyway.
Eh, it is buried in a sticky now and I'm in a good mood I suppose (it's Friday).
