Does anyone know if Apple is using the same speakers that was put in the 3GS? I've had problems with the speaker no longer working in my 3GS, my friends with their 3GS also had the same issues. If it's a different speaker is it louder, a better speaker etc? Thanks

No idea if it's the same in the 4S. In the 4 it sounded the same as in the 3GS and wasn't any louder. It's one of the short comings of the iPhone in my opinion as I've listened to stuff on the Blackberry's and various Android phones and they sound louder and better. That said I usually use headphones anyway.
