iPhone StandBy mode screws up phone call answering from phone widget in iOS 17. Is this fixed in iOS 18?

When the iPhone is in StandBy mode, if someone calls and I pick up the phone, I lose the ability to answer the phone. If I go to the phone widget, there is no phone call showing, even if the phone is still ringing.

It seems the only way to answer the phone is to leave it mounted in StandBy mode and answer from there. I've missed a couple of calls so far because of this.

Is this fixed in iOS 18?
