i have been trying to decide how to handle gettting the iphone 5 and loosing my unlimited data plan i have on my droid bionic plus a flip phone, a second line. it would cost me around 349.00 up front without adding any features, monthly cost would be 210.00 , 1400 minutes share, mobile to mobile unlimited, 10 gigs data plan, going to add a couple extra features before i am done.
now if i bought the phone total cost for a 64 gig, its around 849.00, i think, now if they allow unlimited data along with my regular plan, unlimited everything, but shared landline minutes of 1400 the phone would pay for itself in 4 to 5 months, now that is if i heard right about getting unlimited data plan with the iphone 5 and my extra line. my bill i think would be around 185.00 as it is now with all the extra features i will add to the iphone.
or go to bestbuy, buy an ulocked phone at full price, but an att version and go to t-mo for a much cheaper plan, half the cost from what i have read. man all the choices and decisions for a smartphone, verizon sure is making it hard, not having to worry about how much data i use on my bionic has been great. i used the data calculator at verizon before i did the math. i have 3 ipads as well, only one is on a data plan and its only for emergancy because i will eat my data up in a day, because i do alot of streaming.
anybody willing to throw a wench into this logic, i sure would be gratefull!
