iPhone Storage Issue...

Sorry if this thread has been already started but here's the situation...

I have an iPhone 6+ 16gb...
My phone says I have 282mb free but when I plug it in to my Mac, iTunes says I have 6.06gb free. I get low storage warnings on my iPhone almost daily.

I have barely any text messages, no videos, about 800 pictures, and not even a full page of apps... any thoughts??
