Can anyone tell me,why, when I go to setting>general.>iPhone storage i see ‘never used’ next to all my apps? I have posted a screen shot, the whole list is the same.

[doublepost=1538573093][/doublepost]I have also noticed that on my wife’s iPhone 8, it shows that no apps have been used after 24/9/18 the date when the software was updated to 12.0
