My phone is a Pixel 8 pro. I love the pixel cameras. I bought a refurbed (by apple) iPhone 15 pro, to use strictly as a video cam, on a DJI gimbal. In outdoor, bright sunlight, both cameras look fantastic, and the iPhone video is just a hair better. But indoors / lower lighting, the iPhone has an orange ish tint to it. Here's an example, the original on the left, and just applying the white balance with Mac preview tools. (I use both the pixel and iPhone cameras in 'auto' for comparison.)

I guess just apples preference of what is applied in the post processing. Or maybe you have the warm filter activated? The button with the 3 crossed rectangles

on my MacBook display the left one looks what I would expect the room look like illuminated by warm light bulbs (2700-3000 kelvin) and the right one when a big flash was used (5500 to 6000 kelvin).
so which one does better represent the light temperature of the bulbs in the ceiling light?
for me the in camera white balance does works perfectly when it represents the whites in the temperature of the light situation, not dialing in perfect whites which looks unrealistic indoors.
