iPhone stuck in connect to itunes

I tried doing a restore and when i extract the software "Iphone" could not be restored, An unknown error occured (21).

iTunes is up to date.

You are jailbroken right? Download TinyUmbrella here, install it, open it, and then under "Connected Devices", click your iPhone 4S. Click on the "Advanced Tab" Then uncheck the box that says "Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit"

If it doesn't work, try changing the USB cord, a different user account, or a different computer.

Yeah thanks for the tip, after doing all of that none of that worked until i got out my macbook air and restored through there. Weird.
