CarPlay Iphone stuck in loop when trying to connect to carplay

My iphone se 2nd gen was working perfectly on my carplay, then all of a sudden it is stuck in a loop where it seems i have to pair it to carplay. And then i click on connect, it does nothing, the pop up closes then re opens.

i have no clue what to do.
This is very weird, any ideas?

have you tried removing the car in the settings app on the phone?

could be the car thinks the phone is new for some reason, but the phone already knows the car, so they're getting confused in how to talk to each other.

I did remove my car from my phone, and i did a factory restore on my car infotainment system.

I am curious to know if this problem is solved and if so how. I seem to have the same problem: when I connect my iphone 11 pro to the infotainment system of my car it connects, disconnects, and so on in a loop. It used to work correctly but spontaneously this has occurred now.
