My friend's phone is stuck in phone mode. The Favorites, Recents, etc work fine, and she can make/receive calls. But the phone won't go back to the home screen. I tried holding down the sleep button to shut down the phone, but it wouldn't work. Any thoughts other than restoring the phone from itunes?
