iPhone stuck in recovery mode with black screen

hi i was wondering if anyone could help me i have an iphone 3gs new bootrom stuck on a black screen when i try to boot with red sn0w it stays on the waiting to reboot screen forever i cant get anything to work on it. its just stuck in recovery mode and even when i try to recover with itunes i get eroor message 3194.

any help would be appretiated thanks in advanced.

I think it has to do with the firmware version you're trying to restore is not signed by Apple or you don't have the SHSH blobs saved in Cydia (or Saurik) server
