iphone stuck on apple logo.. PLEASE HELP!

I jailbroke my iphone 3gs using redsn0w and was successful.
when I went to unlock it with ultrasn0w i accidentally rebooted it without using redsn0w. it has been stuck on the apple logo ever scene.

I've tried a bunch of different things but nothing seems to work.
I only have access to windows (no mac)

PLEASE HELP... I don't know what to do at this point.

You now need to "boot tethered" via Redsn0w to turn your 3GS back on.

Unfortunately it did not work for me.
It keeps on getting stuck on 'Exploiting Limera1n'

No problem

The new version of Redsn0w is a tethered jailbreak. Meaning you need to run Redsn0w in "tethered" mode to turn your iPhon back on if it reboots or the battery dies.

Actually I was able to finish the reboot on redsn0w but on the part that it says the rest of the process will take place on your device it looks like the process is starting on the phone but then it just goes back to being in recovery mode.
