iPhone stuck on connect to iTunes

So I had the iOS7 beta but I tried to go back to iOS6 so I could download the proper version of iOS7. When I tried going back to ios6 my iTunes is telling me it can't download it and my phone is stuck on the connect to iTunes screen. Anyone know how to get it off of this?

I would say most likely Apple has stopped signing for iOS 6 now, you need to upgrade to iOS 7.

I can't update to anything now, it says my phone is in recovery mode and whenever I click on restore it fails.
