iPhone stuck on"Waiting" when downloading apps

Does anyone else have this problem? It happens pretty much every time I try to update my apps. Under the app it reads "Waiting..." I restart the phone and it fixes the problem but it's annoying

Same here!

I have that same problem. Usually it goes away if i switch my iPhone to airplane plane mode and then off of airplane mode. It is the most annoying thing ever
