iPhone Suddenly stopped showing who Calls

This morning I got an "unknown" id I picked it up to realize it was my mom calling from her cellphone, which usually shows up as "Mom-mobile"

I called from my home phone and it said "unknown" again. I know there is an option to turn off my caller id so that it shows as unknown on other peoples phone but is there an option to block incoming id's?

Basically I don't wanna call my service provider and have him tell me its just a stupid option I turn on by accident..

I have the same problem on my iphone4. I tried resolving with AT&T and gave up. Half the time they dont even understand what the problem is.
They think I am blocking my outgoing calls.
Please update if you figure out the solution.
The funny part when I looked up my call logs, all the blocked incoming calls are marked as incoming calls from my cell phone number. They are considered as AT&T to AT&T, wont be counted for cell minutes.
