iPhone switches to music after a while

Lately I have been having a strange problem. I mostly listen to audiobooks (Audible app) or podcasts (Overcast) in my car.

Before I paused playback, left the car, and when I got back in after a while it just picked up right where I stopped it.

Now, after a while, the iPhone will start playing something from the Music app instead.
Example: This morning I stopped my podcast when I got to the office about 4 hours ago.
I just thought I would check and when I swipe the Control Center up it shows to be playing a song from Apple Music.

I don't know if this started with 8.4 but it might have.

Anyone else seeing this?

Yeah, it did it to me this morning.

I'm on 8.3 and when I opened Safari it started playing Pandora. Really weird because I thought it was an auto open as or something.

Yeah, it did it to me. I'm on 8.3.

I opened safari and it started playing my Pandora that was paused on another card.
