iphone sych to Outlook

I have a question about syncing to Outlook. I have Outlook on tow computers, one for personal, one for business. I keep seperate contacts and calendars in each. Can I sync up the same iphone to each computer and have it merge both info onto the iphone and not override or mess up the others content???
