Hey guys,
was wondering if i could get help form someone, i formatted my laptop and erased everything so i upgrade to snow leopard. i did not back up my iphone backups.. if u know what i mean. now when i want to manage music or whatever it says that iphone is synced to another itunes etc and it will erase in order to sync with the new one.
does this mean, ill loose everything in my iphone ?

Thank you !

You definitely made a mistake by not backing up your MobileSync folder. To be able to sync with the laptop again, you really have to erase everything on your iPhone. Here's what you can do to avoid having to lose all your info:

CONTACTS - If you're not synced to MobileMe/Google/Exchange/etc., consider signing up for a GMail account and sync your contacts. You can retrieve them again after you sync with your laptop.

MEDIA (music, photos, etc.) - Consider a program such as iRip (paid) to transfer all your media to your laptop. If you're jailbroken, you can also use SSH or other utilities like iPhone Explorer or Phone Disk to backup your files.

Hope this helps!
