hi guys. is that anyway I can prevent someone from syncing my iPhone? like if someone gets my iPhone and sync it, he'll have every data of mine including contacts, pics etc.

Remote locking may be an option for you. If you lose your phone you can lock it from your computer.

Then, after they attempt 10 times, they have to wipe the hard drive of your phone (including contacts)

Assume you lose your phone, you can then lock it, and prevent users from accessing it, so that they must wipe the iPhone of user data(i.e. your contacts and pictures)
