iPhone sync: iTunes or MobileMe sync?

Which do you use? Is one preferable to the other? Impressions and experiences much appreciated.

I sync with iTunes from time to time if I get a new album that I want to swap onto it, but for all my data and whatnot, I get all that through 'the cloud' with MobileMe; it seems to work great, keeping a couple of Macs and my iPhone in sync with each other. But for anything besides media and software updates, I really don't have any need to sync the bugger with iTunes any more.

I don't need Push enough to pay for it. I can wait until I get home to sync. There's a lot of impressions and experiences already in the forums.
