iPhone sync messeages

Hello,

I have a quick question about email on my iPhone.
Is there any way that once I read my email on PC (Microsoft Outlook), emails on iPhone would be automaticly marked as readed.
It's kinda annoying when I check like 20 emails on PC but on my iPhone it still show that those are unreaded ...

Any idea about that?

My Outlook works like that but with Yahoo they sync perfectly. I haven't found a way round this yet.

My work email (MS Exchange Server) and personal email (gmail) sync perfectly. If you are using POP3 to access yoru email, they will not sync up. You have to use IMAP or Exchange for your mail to sync across all devices.
