iPhone sync to new computer

I gave my iPhone to my wife and it won't sync to her itunes on her computer. When she tries to sync it to her computer, it says that it is still my iPhone. She has her phone number on it. What do I do to change the name on her phone and have the phone be recognized on her itunes?

Restore as a new phone, then sync it with her comp.

You can restore your iphone via itunes by clicking on your iphone once its connected and shows up in itunes.
