iPhone Synced to Wrong Mac?

I synced my iPhone to my iMac no problem. I then tried to sync it with my MacBook when it started telling me that if I did that I'd be removing all the content from the iPhone. So my question is did I sync it to the wrong computer in my house? I want it synced to my MacBook b/c it's the computer that has all my music on it.
 
If it has been synced to the iMac and you want to change it to the MacBook you will need to back it up on the MacBook and then restore from that backup to be able to sync to the MacBook in the future.
