iPhone syncing issue

I am having someproblems with syncing my iPhone 3G with my contacts on my Mobile ME account and my MAC. I am getting the contact name but the group I have created on Mobile ME doesn't seem to sync down to my phone.

Does anyone have any ideas why this might be?
