iphone syncing on a new mac

I just bought a new macbook after my pc died so I do not have a back up of my itunes. My question is how can I get all my apps over to my new macbooks libary I was able to move my calander and contacts and photos. Im just stuck moving my apps, I dont care about the music im planning to redo my libary again
