iPhone tells me that i have to restore

HELL
Problem started 2 weeks ago, i plugged in my iphone and itunes opened and showed me this thing: http://twitpic.com/oiwu9
The funny thing is, i havent restored my iphone + i took this picture with my iPhone 3G. First time i had this problem i rebooted my PC and it was allright.
Has anyone else had/have a problem like that?

I'm seeing the same thing. Everything has worked fine until I went to sync my iPhone 3GS to iTunes 9.0.2 this morning. I've posted the issue on the Apple forums and haven't seen a solution yet. Have you found a fix yourself yet?
