Iphone tether with 5.99 tzones plan help!!

I have a 8gig 2g iphone running 2.0.

My iphone is tethered using addition's iphonemodem. When tethered i can receive my e-mail in entourage......but when i navigate to a web page i get an error. I am on the 5.99 tzones plan. Do i need to go on the 19.99?

Please Help!!!!
