iPhone text history erasing

My phone was acting a little wierd after it got a little wet in the rain one day. Itunes wouldn't sync it so I restored my phone, but now my text history keeps erasing. I have restored it a second time and my text history erased again...any ideas whats going on?

That's an odd bug.. haven't heard of it before. Best of luck with it.
