iPhone text messages on Windows 10

I want to be able to send, and receive, my iPhone's text messages via a Windows 10 computer. How can I do that? I don't think MS Phone Link will work: That doesn't seem to work with iOS under Windows 10.

If upgrading to Windows 11 isn’t an option - I guess you could Remote Desktop into a Mac.
