iPhone text noise but no text?

hi,all.
I recently updated to 4.3

.3 on my iPhone 4. I had the shsh so everything went over fine. But I have noticed a few things. One thing I noticed that doesn't matter whatsoever to me, just a thing I noticed, was when respringing there's a weird pixalated blur. I coupd honeslty care less just wanna know if anyone else shares the same thing. My real problem is the text tone. Sometimes The text tone goes off but I don't get a message. I look theough everything and there's no message. Anyone know how to fix this?
