iPhone time always wrong- any thoughts?

So I set my time as per Internet time. A while later the time is 5-6 mins fast. It's annoying.

Jb 3.1.2 3gs. O2 unlocked.

I don't have an automatic time option.

Any thoughts why time would speed up, can't see a pattern to what is causing it.
