Iphone Time/Date Resetting after respring???

I dont know if it is conflicting with an app. Im using MyWi and have sbsettings installed but sometimes when i reboot/respring sometimes the time defaults back to 12:00AM and ive been getting July 16 as the date another respring fixes this but was wondering if anyone else is having this problem thanks
