iPhone timer?

This is such a newbie question since I can't get my iPhone until I break from Sprint's bondage. And I haven't had much opportunity to play with one.

Does the iPhone have a timer function with their clock? When out of the office I sometimes need to keep track of time I spend with a client.

Or is this a great new software idea when 2.0 comes out?

They do. It works great. Looks good. Don't be too rude when talking with the client though, although you can just say you wanted to look at something sexier than them before you lost yourself in their eyes.
