So I've been reading the rumors of the iPhone coming out for tmobile when they say they are selling it in a new way are they selling the iPhone at full price and making the contract cheaper?

You can either pay full price or pay it off little by little on your monthly bill.
Once paid off your monthly bill will go back down to what it cost before.
You can pay it off faster if you want within months instead of years.
