iPhone to Car Audio

I am looking for an iPhone to Car Audio connector. I saw the Belkin Mini Stereo Cable on apple.com, but i dont think it charges the phone while it is connected. Is there one that charges while it plays? If not, which one do you all recommend ?

I have the Belkin. And an an additional dc connector used only on long trips.

The grat advatage with the belking is you can receive phone calls trough the speakers. Great talking and music fades off/ comes in this way.
