Does anyone have any good suggestions on iPhone apps that connect to other iPhone's with the same app? Not social networking per se, but more like between two people.

Not sure what you are asking here, honestly. Many games do this through bluetooth or wifi. But you didn't specifically mention games...

Someone told me there is a push to talk app but it doesn't really interest me so I never looked into it. I play words with friends but that's a game and not limited to just iPhone to iPhone.

there are bluetooth apps that you can share pictures back and forth

Ok. Can you tell us why you are asking? I am still incredibly confused. Are you trying to test something? What's the deal?

I don't think he has any app in mind... he's just curious if any apps take advantage of this functionality.

Personally, I don't know of any apps that take advantage of that.

What about Fifa 12? You can use two iPhones for controls and an iPad to display the game. Sort of fits.

Bump comes to mind. There are a few games that allow you to connect via Bluetooth... I know there's a battleship game that does.

Well, try any of the EA board games. Then there is Street Fighter IV and Volt, of course there is bump. I think some of the shopping list apps allow you to link, which is neat because you can team up at the grocery store and update what you have in your cart and get shopping done in half the time! I am sure there are others as well.

The reason I asked is because I just don't see what a list of these apps is going to do. It's a bit like asking what apps use bluetooth . Sure you can make a list, but what good does it do you? Furthermore, making a list might be easier if we knew the purpose of the list.
