I, like many of you, have grouped various apps into folders and backed up in iTunes without any problems. Why, I don't know, but now iTunes wants to un-group all my apps. The only thing I have done on the iPhone is install a Winterboard theme and everything works on the iPhone as it should.

When it automatically syncs when connected, it completes without errors or applying any changes to the iPhone.

I don't want to be forced to apply changes and spend time having to recreate all the folders again; so is there anyway around this?

As far as I'm aware it can't be done at the moment. Whenever I've had to restore my deivce etc etc it has never put the apps back in folders

Hello normanbates,

That's what I thought, so I shall await for the next untethered jailbreak to rebuild it from scratch :(
