iphone to itunes help

Hey guys, since I finally got my mac, I need to transfer my music from my iphone to the itunes on my blackbook. Does anyone know any good programs that are free? I dont see spending the 20-25.00 for a program I am going to use once.

i just did this the other day. my flashdrive became my best friend. wirks great. just transfer it all to ur flash and then plug it in the mac. bam u got it
