This is an issue that I guess happens from time to time and is, genuinely, for a friend of mine who has less tech savvy than I.

He has just purchased a new laptop and has iTunes installed and wants to transfer the data, including music from his iPhone (4s I think) to his new iTunes on the pc. Is there a simple guide, if so where?
