Hopefully I can get a response with the news of Steve Jobs' departure, though the discussion is greatly warranted.
Every now and then, I drive my mom's Prius here and there, which is usually when she needs me to get something from somewhere. Lately I primarily use my iPhone 4 to play music in whatever car I'm driving.
The problem I'm facing is that when it's plugged in via USB, it doesn't allow you to navigate your "iPod" app, which is a pain because to switch between playlists, I'm forced to unplug it and plug it back in once I've chosen a new playlist.
My question is, is there any way to bypass this? I think it's a silly feature, but that's a whole different debate.
