I want to get a cable to play Netflix from my iPhone to a non HD tv. The TV only has the red yellow and white component inputs. Do they make a cable like this? I looked on Amazon and everything has really crappy reviews.

You're looking for a composite cable (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Composite_cable). If you're worried about 3rd party, just buy the official Apple one (http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC748ZM/A?fnode=MTY1NDAzOQ&mco=MjAyNDI1OTU).
