iPhone Tomorrow

I just bought an iPhone two weeks ago and I'm scared s$#@less that there is gonna be a new one tomorrow. I'm pretty friendly with my local Apple Store, but will that be enough for them to throw me a bone?

Plus, I really feel that tomorrow is the day. iPhone stock is down, AT&T iPhone website was updated to 3G.

What should I do?

Even if the 3G iPhone is announced tomorrow (which would surprise me), I doubt it will be available for at least a month, maybe more.
 
Why do you think a new iPhone will launch tomorrow?

And where on the AT&T website can you see iPhone with 3G?
 
@ AT&T recommends using iPhone in a 3G or EDGE Network (coverage viewer), or from a local Wi-Fi connection.

And do you know that is an update? Isn't it anything they write on all phones? Or on the iPhone since it came out?
 
look at the specs... still says EDGE only, no 3G.

they probably recommend being in a 3G area because EDGE would be especially powerful in those areas.

I saw it for the first time today and checked archive.org
 
Alan, calm down and have a glass of tea. There's not going to be a new iPhone tomorrow. Even if there were, it will probably be more expensive. You got a great phone that will still be highly functional for years to come.

Plus, you still have the free 2.0 update to look forward to that will allow you to put 3rd party applications on it.

It does not define who you are.

Relax and enjoy your present iPhone. It will not self-destruct. People will not point and laugh at you. Although if you do go on like this they may well start to…

Just chill out, there will be 100% no new iPhone tomorrow, will be at WWDC '08 :)

Dont be. There are always going to be updates. Just relax and enjoy your iPhone.. if you dont want it then why did you buy it in the first place? And there wont be an iPhone update tomorrow. Apple would never release a hardware update to the iPhone before 2.0 coming in June (unless it is ahead of scedule, but knowing Apple, I doubt it)

Yeah me too, because as soon as they announce the new 3G iPhone, the iPhone that I have will cease to work.

I won't be one of the cool kids with the latest latest latest edition anymore.

Everyone will laugh at me and lose complete respect for me.

Even my mom won't think I'm cool anymore.

Stop being such a drama queen and enjoy the $400 phone you own now.
