iPhone too hot?

I talk to my girlfriend for about 3 to 4 hours every night causing me to have to charge my iPhone while i talk...I have a case on the phone and it gets VERY hot. Should i take the case off? So far i havnt gotten a temp warning but it feels even hotter when i take the case off and i can feel the aluminum...Is it bad for the phone to have the case on while charging and talking? This is and iPhone 4 btw...

It depends on the type of case whether it should be getting very hot!

Take the case off..better off when you charge your iPhone.

Try to speak in a cool environment without the case. Also remove the case when charging your iPhone
