anyone else noticed the ringtone on the iPhone ads isn't available on the iPhone itself? If its there, I must be missing it!

This is something we are all aware of. It is too bad too, since many people have taken to copying it from the ad as their ringtone.

TEG

I've made it my "default" ringtone. It's available on iTunes, and I made it a ringtone with GB, turned up the volume and made sure it was 29-30 seconds in length.

Are you talking about the song in the commercial, or the ringtone at the end of the commercial? I think the OP was talking about the ringtone and not the song.

If you were talking about the ringtone, what is it's name in iTunes? (I'm not talking about the song "Perfect Timing" which is the song from the commercial.)

you're right I was thinking of "Perfect Timing" so, what I have is the entire song with the ringtone at the end as my entire ringtone. Thanks

Available on iTunes where?

I had the three chimes at the end of the advert as my SMS alert and the ad music as my ringtone on my last phone - turned quite a few heads in the iPhone queue on Launch Day! lol

I'm not interested in the music used in the ad. (All the ads can be played here http://www.apple.com/uk/iphone/ )

What I would very much like to find is the ringtone apparently being used by the iPhone at the end of the ad.

And I would also like to know what on earth Apple thought it was doing effectively demonstrating functionality that doesn't exist!
