Does anyone know if there is a way of faking the safari browser in iphone to thinking it's an iPad? UAFaker fools websites in to thinking your on a desktop browser so you can view non-mobile sites

However there is a certain (adult) website that caters for ipads, you cant access it on a standard desktop browser or a mobile browser. I would also like to switch easily between different user agents. iPad, iPhone, Safari, Firefox etc

Perfect browser does the job, it allows you to choose user agent but I cant use this in conjunction with safari download manager.

Thanks

User Agent Faker 1.1 on Cydia has the iPad option available. You just need to select it in the Settings app and turn it on for whatever app you need.

Or you can even enter a custom one, eg:
Code:
Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; U; CPU OS 3_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/531.21.10 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.4 Mobile/7B367 Safari/531.21.10

Then you can double-check that it works by going to whatsmyuseragent.com
